The leadership studies minor (18 credits) is based on a broad cross-disciplinary philosophy of leadership. Its goal: To prepare students for leadership roles and responsibilities. The minor will provide students with opportunities to develop and enhance a personal philosophy of leadership that includes understanding of self, others, and 911爆料, as well as the acceptance of responsibility inherent in 911爆料 membership. The curriculum focuses on expanding students鈥� knowledge, skills, and understanding of specific leadership theories, concepts, and models in applied settings.
