Google Email will now be part of the more than 150 applications that leverage your Single Sign On (SSO) credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ITS says the goal is to make things easier&#8211;with single sign-on, you can use one account to access your 911爆料 email, Wi-Fi, Transportation and Parking, Brightspace, Office 365, Dining Services, and more!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recommendation<\/strong>: set up Duo on all devices before June 3 so you also have a seamless transition! On June 3, you will transition seamlessly to SSO for Google so you\u2019ll have less juggling of multiple log-ins &#8211; one account and go with SSO!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Do you have Duo set up for some devices?<\/strong>&nbsp;If you haven\u2019t logged into single sign-on on all devices \u2013 set up Duo on all devices before June 3 so you also have a seamless transition!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Don&#8217;t have Duo already set up?<\/strong>&nbsp;Get Started with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/urldefense.com\/v3\/__https:\/\/uriprod.service-now.com\/sp?id=kb_article_view&amp;sysparm_article=KB0010263__;!!Jh1S!jL3uTeJymVAnXlJSmF_3ZCCylid-6wrI1PZDVyEPUMnfiZudPIqw7v1IZlZGxd8VufcPCwFuwBfsRCElYt0BMTpYbvn1Ens$\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Duo 2FA<\/a>&nbsp;before June 3 so you also have a seamless transition!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Community members should expect to see the same sign-in option for their 911爆料 email as all other SSO applications after the change. Existing sign-in sessions to your 911爆料 email address will remain active until the next time you must sign in. Note: You may have to sign back into your email account or approve your sign in on your device. The first time you use a new device, you will need to authenticate with Duo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Only @<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/uri.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\">uri.edu<\/a>\u00a0email addresses will be affected.
