Throughout our endeavors situations may arise leading us toward a potential conflict of interest. Knowing what to look for and avoid is key to ensuring we continue to meet high ethical standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A conflict of interest arises when an individual\u2019s personal interests clash with their professional responsibilities. These conflicts can manifest in various forms. It is important to know what situations and conditions to look for and avoid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This week we encourage all university employees to learn more about conflicts of interest in the workplace.
