The board also conducts a comprehensive performance review prior to the renewal of the president&#8217;s contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>President Marc Parlange joined 911爆料 in August 2021. His current contract will expire in June 2024. Consistent with board bylaws, we are now initiating the required comprehensive review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of the comprehensive review is simple: The board invites feedback from key constituents of 911爆料 on the progress of the president in achieving institutional priorities. To obtain this feedback we will issue an anonymous survey to a cross-section of 911爆料 stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, alumni, and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This online survey will serve as an assessment instrument and will be distributed shortly from the 911爆料 Board of Trustees email (uribot@uri.edu). The anonymous survey responses will be evaluated and included in the comprehensive assessment of the president\u2019s performance and progress in achieving institutional priorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The substance of the review process will remain confidential.
