The policy can be found at the following link:<br><a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/policies\/find\/?_sf_s=research%20misconduct\">https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/policies\/find\/?_sf_s=research%20misconduct<\/a><br>\u00a0<br><strong>Policy on Research Misconduct<\/strong><br>The intent of this policy is to protect the integrity of research conducted at (or under the auspices of) the University and to meet the requirements of federal regulations.<br>\u00a0<br>Revisions to the Policy on Research Misconduct (05.103.1) were undertaken to align with updates to federal regulations, to move procedural content to the policy\u2019s procedures, and to make additional enhancements.<br>\u00a0<br><strong><em>All University administrative policies can be found at <\/em><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/policies\/\"><strong><em>https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/policies\/<\/em><\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sept. 30, 2025 The University has revised the Policy on Research Misconduct (05.103.2), effective September 24.
