During this time:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complex Road will be closed to general vehicle access and parking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The road will operate as a restricted access corridor, limited to emergency and authorized facilities vehicles <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">only<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pedestrian detours will be in place to guide safe access through the area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional signage and on-site traffic personnel will support the transition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We appreciate your patience and cooperation as this important infrastructure improvement moves forward.
