Here\u2019s how:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Start by reviewing the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/commencement\/about\/honorary-degrees\/\">eligibility criteria<\/a>&nbsp;for nomination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gather background information, letters and related details in support of your nomination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the honorary degree\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/ftvkqiA6SPPy9j8x9\">nomination form<\/a>\u00a0for each nominee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit all information by Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2025, to Jeanne Hruska, chief of staff,&nbsp;Office of the Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs.
