These regulations can be found at the University\u2019s Administrative Policies <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/policies\/\">webpage<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Board of Trustees <em>Regulations Regarding Use of University Property<\/em><\/strong><br>The University of Rhode Island Board of Trustees has established <em>Regulations Regarding Use of University Property<\/em> to provide a safe, secure environment, preserve the integrity of its campuses, protect the health, safety, and welfare of all members of the University 911±¬ΑΟ, and focus on its mission while simultaneously protecting the principles of free expression, assembly, and dissent protected by the Constitutions of the United States and the State of Rhode Island.
