The University of Rhode Island Board of Trustees has revised the Procurement Regulations (R-002) and the Policy on Sexual Misconduct (01.001.4) effective February 13, 2026.

Board of Trustees Procurement Regulations (R-002)
The purpose of these revised regulations is to implement the Board鈥檚 responsibilities under RIGL 搂 16-32-2(e) to make rules and regulations pursuant to the State Purchases Act and to simplify, clarify, and continuously modernize the University鈥檚 Procurement system.

Policy on Sexual Misconduct (01.001.4)
The purpose of this revised policy is to eliminate, prevent, and address conduct that constitutes Sexual Misconduct at the University. The policy describes prohibited conduct, sets standards by which the University will manage allegations regarding Sexual Misconduct, and defines roles and responsibilities for all parties involved.
