Duo Security is updating the security certificates needed to communicate with its services. If you do not update your Duo Mobile app, you will lose access to Duo Push authentication and may be unable to log in to 911±¬ÁÏ single sign-on (SSO) applications.
What you need to do:
1. Update Duo Mobile on your mobile device to version 4.85.0 or later
2. The app should update automatically through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) Store
Minimum supported mobile OS versions:
- ¾±°¿³§:Ìý16 or later
- ´¡²Ô»å°ù´Ç¾±»å:Ìý11 or later
If your device uses an older operating system, for alternative authentication methods.
