Key points to remember:
- Never share your 2FA codes聽with anyone, even if they claim to be from IT support or another trusted department.
- Do not accept phone calls or push notifications聽if you did not initiate the request.
- Keep your authentication device secure聽and ensure it is accessible only by you.
- Be cautious of聽unexpected or suspicious messages聽or links聽requesting your login credentials or 2FA codes.
- Never enter your account information or password into a Google form.
