We want to remind all 911±¬ÁÏ members of the critical importance of protecting your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) methods. These methods are essential for maintaining the security of your accounts and personal information.

Key points to remember:

  • Never share your 2FA codes with anyone, even if they claim to be from IT support or another trusted department.
  • Do not accept phone calls or push notifications if you did not initiate the request.
  • Keep your authentication device secure and ensure it is accessible only by you.
  • Be cautious of unexpected or suspicious messages or links requesting your login credentials or 2FA codes.
  • Never enter your account information or password into a Google form.
